We are recruiting a Programme/Project Manager for one of our Banking and Investment clients in Zurich. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined program/project objectives in line with quality standards and budget.

Looking for a project manager to run the SOC innovation project:

- Structured and well-organized work approach; skilled at structuring complex information and driving consensus
- Experience with security operations, ideally with the operation of a SOC
- BA or higher university degree;
- Fluent in English, interested in working with different cultures, positive attitude and a team player
- Proactive and flexible personality

Level of Seniority:

- 5+ years experience as project manager (certifications such as Prince2 are of advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues

* Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources

* Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement

Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Scope and complexity of role: Level 3 staff act as experts and managers in their area and usually work on products and/or processes of low to medium complexity. They may also be involved in coordinating activities that extend beyond own area of expertise. They deal with client groups of medium complexity. Span of Control: Level 3 staff are typically responsible for a small to medium size team. As line managers, they are responsible for results-oriented management. This includes: active employee management based on the clients management principles; adherence to budget and compliance rules and to the relevant internal guidelines and legal provisions; supervision of daily operational business. Typically they enable change, innovation and continuous productivity gains and process information within their team. Organizational Impact: Level 3 staff proactively contribute to changes in processes and procedures and to continuous productivity gains that impact their team and areas beyond.
