My Client is looking for a Business Analyst/Process Engineer to work with its financial client - Banking IT industry
Please note this role is part time - 2-3 days per week and requires German language skills.
You will be responsible for:
Managing business process information within a DWH (datawarehouse) and BI environment.
Recording of IS processes, roles, organization and requirements
Define the target processes
Interaction between business/IT define
Define the roles and responsibilities (GAB) and the authorization concept in the context of the SSP
Define and tuning the necessary SLA's and OLA's and FLF
Organizational forms (advantages and disadvantages) with subsequent selection/decision
Producing guidelines and operating instructions
The role require good soft skills - Good soft skills, interview skills, knowledge of organization and process modelling
Requires experience of working within a Datawarehousing/BI environment and experience of working within a similar Process driven role.
