For a long term project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for a Project Manager with a Background in Private Banking Governance (2675)
In this position you will be in charge to industrialize the existing design governance structure within Private Banking/Wealth Management by standardizing roles, responsibilities and processes. With the industrialized design governance, a corresponding reporting and communication framework should be developed and implemented, including integration into Investment and Execution Governance of the division.
Job Responsibilities
- Review of current governance framework and definition of roles, responsibilities and processes of STC (Design Authority), core team and working groups in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Develop overall communication strategy for both internal and external parties, eg around target state including KPIs (for project and running mode afterwards) for the working groups
- Support management of development and implementation process for current state and the target state repository (combining application landscape and operating models)
- Develop documentation standards for target state repository
- Establish SharePoint as central part of target state repository process and as part of communication strategy
Job Qualifications
- Banking knowledge with understanding for business processes and products (preferably IT or COO area)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Fluent in English
- Abstract thinking, structured approach, communication skills, perseverance
- Experience in IT platform, IT architecture and Enterprise Architecture projects, preferably in IT methodology and governance
- Experience in communication strategies is a plus
- German is a plus
- Knowledge in MS SharePoint Designer a plus
