Randstad Professionals is looking for a Senior Business Engineer for their client in Basel. This is a 12 month contract role with a 50% max mandate varying per month. The candidate is expected to work one day in the Basel office and the rest remotely.
Main tasks:
- Consulting and supporting the Global Submission Lifecycle project from an Organisational Change and Communication Management perspective.
- Development of the Organisational Change Management plan.
- Development and implementation of the Communication plan.
- Creation of any communication material for the different stakeholder groups.
- Acting as the interface to the PTR Project Portfolio OCM.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Higher education as Communication Manager
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical market, preferable in Regulatory Affairs
- Excellent presentation skills
- No travel is needed
- The mandate is 50% max. and variying per month
- The candidate is expected to work min. one day per week from the office in Basel
