My Client, based near Lausanne is looking for a junior IT support specialist to join there desktop support team. This is an ideal first or second IT role for someone with a passion for the IT support industry. They are looking for someone with: A diploma (CFC or equivalent) in Information Systems (and/or Business) and/or MCSE, MCP or other recognized IT professional qualification.
The candidate must live local to Lausanne and be fluent in French and English. And have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective listening skills.
Work well in a team environment.
Self-motivation and organization.
Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
Ability to follow policies and procedures; attention to detail.
Solid technical understanding of all aspects of running a multi-national helpdesk including Microsoft software, Active Directory, hardware, blackberry, mobile phone, Servers, etc.
