SERVICENOW CONSULTANT ITIL ITSM - ZURICH
My client are a global IT solutions company who are currently recruiting for a ITIL Certified Servicenow consultant with ITSM experience.
Working with ITSM Process Architect, customer personnel and Business Analyst(s), to support teams and other technical team members
As a Service now consultant you will have the following experience:
- Implementation and Deign of ITSM Platforms like BMC Remedy or HP Service Manager
- Experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow
- trained in ITILv3 foundation certified
- JavaScript
- XML and XSL
- Parse XML schemas
- SOA and Web Services
