Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2816 for a Business Engineer (f/m) in the Banking Area.Project environment
An interesting and challenging position as a Business Engineer in a key strategic initiative around products, contracts and pricing to ensure that business needs. Opportunities and pain points are clearly identified, prioritized and satisfied by appropriate technical and business process solutions.
Responsibility for eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements. The role involves working with a variety of key sponsors and stakeholders in Business and IT of a global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Work on a key strategic initiative in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Investigate business problems and formulate solution proposals.
• Responsibility for capturing and decomposing business requirements and transform them into functional requirements specifications and business process solutions.
• Function as single project representative (discussing requirements and negotiating priorities with stakeholders).
• Responsibility for the data analysis of the data delivered from various locations.
• Assistance in project planning activities and coordination function towards other projects.
Requirements
• Several years of working experience in a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineering role.
• Methodological know-how in Requirements Engineering in a controlled IT environment.
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry, especially in banking products and front end systems that support sales, pricing, product documentation.
• Experience with analysis models (diagrams), prototypes or scenarios would be a plus.
• Leadership skills for requirements elicitation workshops.
• Pro-active personality with strong analytical and negotiation skills and working experience in international teams.
