For our client we are currently looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager IAD (Investment Administration) (m/f) for a temporary project assignment in Zurich, Switzerland.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6MM++

You are taking over an important Business Analyst/Project management role within the project stream "Investment Administration (IAD)" as part of the overall Global Operations Program implementation. The "Investment Administration (IAD)" function within Global Operations does service the business division Global Asset Management. You will be working in a small and flexible team (dedicated project manager, business analysts and subject matter experts). The project is key in regard to enable successful implementation of the Global Asset Management specific requirements for the new legal entity structure from an operations' perspective. It is key that you are able to act and manage in a global and demanding environment. The role demands skills and abilities to understand and strive business operating models, processes, technology infrastructure as well as regulatory frameworks. It covers the full project life cycle from concept, business requirement phase to testing, migration and implementation.

Your tasks:

  • Act as senior business analyst for the Investment Administration stream within Group Operations. Take active ownership in working on required changes identified, from concept to solution implementation across Global Asset Management, IT, Group Operations and other areas affected within the bank

  • Prepare high quality presentations on documentation of business requirements and as basis for decision making for senior management and stakeholder as well

  • Plan, prepare and execute testing and implementation activities

  • Managing migration related conceptual and preparation tasks as well as execution

  • Elaborate and ensure execution of proper business readiness activities including (but not limited to) implementation of service level agreements, standard operating procedures and end-user training

  • Project management related tasks (planning, coordination, prioritization, stakeholder management and documentation) to support delivery in time

Your experience/skills:

  • Several years of business analysis and project management experience in a banking/IT environment, preferably in the securities settlement and/or client onboarding area

  • Asset Management know-how preferred

  • Ability to lead, mobilize and guide multiple stakeholders through all aspects of project life cycle

  • "Hands-on" approach

  • Pro-active leadership personality

  • Stress resilient

  • Excellent communication skills including oral and written German & English
