Business Analyst/PM (CRM, Collateral Management) - Contract - Zurich
For our client in the banking sector in Zurich, we are currently searching for a Business Analyst/PM with CRM and Collateral Management background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and documenting AS IS and TO BE processes for a CRM project
- Participating in the definition of a TOM
- Gap analysis, defining and ensuring delivery along roadmap
- Stakeholder management
- Understanding risk models and risk factors
- Solving questions and change requests
- Performing issue management, risk management and status reporting
Ideal Profile:
- Previous Business Analysis/PM experience in the financial sector
- Experience in CRM projects is a must
- Good Collateral Management/Trading knowhow
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
