*Plan activities within CRM Business/IT
*Track IT CRM implementation
*Communication & Training within CRM business and IT
*Process and user documentation
*Prepare pilot (if necessary) and deployment into live environment
*Manage risk/issues within CRM
*Detail planning CRM work package
*IT implementation
*Go-Live phase
*Stabilize systems
*CRM Implementation plan
Your profile:
-Experienced within the banking/Finance industry
-At least 5 - 7 years CRM experience
-Project Management experience
-English fluent
