Job Description
- Analyse business needs and requirements, liaise with other contributors, encourage & analyse comprehensive solution proposals
- Ensure and translate business requirements and processes into IT and other involved parties
- Project Management of small to medium application development projects
- Close co-operation with IT to ensure timely and accurate implementation of business requirements and appropriate testing
- Coordinate production deployment and implementation of new product releases
- Review and document business processes, ensure training of stakeholders on new functionalities
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent with business administration and/or technical orientation
- +5 years working experience as business analyst/requirements engineer in the financial industry or in HR/compensation related field
- Outstanding knowledge of business process analysis/design/integration
- Solid understanding of data models and data structures
- Solid understanding of database structure and SQL tools
- Basic understanding of long-term equity incentive plans highly desirable (eg Plan Design, Administration, Tax, etc.)
- CBAP (Business Analyst) certification, Requirement Engineering certifications or similar
- Strong analytical skills and quick understanding of complex procedures and processes
- Dedicated and dynamic team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional approach
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and other European languages desirable (German or French)
Contract details
- Start: ASAP
- Dauer: 6 - 12 Monate
- Rate: CHF (all inclusive)
