Business Analyst/Project Manager with CRM
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager with extensive CRM experience. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Description:
- Phase 1 of the project requires a Business Analyst with CRM background and collateral management/trading know-how as well as good methodological skills.
- Phase 2 of the project requires a Project manager/business analyst with CRM background for coordination of BCBS implementation, driving the CRM implementation with specialists in Zurich, IB London and IT.
Phase 1 Tasks/Deliverables:
- Analysis and documentation of "as is" flow
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements for CRM solution
- Support in the definition of the target model and interfaces to Investment Banking
- Gap analysis of "as-is" towards target model, including coordination with Investment Banking in London
- Understand risk models and relevant risk factors
- Document the business requirements for the changes to the systems
- Provide/challenge high level cost/budget process
- Define and work along roadmap
- Perform stakeholder management
- Perform status reporting
Phase 2 Tasks/Deliverables:
- Drive implementation of CRM solution
- Drive the implementation of the CRM business requirements with SMEs and IT
- Solve upcoming questions and potential change requests
- Ensure delivery along roadmap
- Perform issue management, risk management, status reporting towards Risk Mitigation Stream within GODP
- Perform stakeholder management within CRM, IT, IB London, GODP Project management
