Business Analyst with CRM background, Regulation, supervisory matters
Edelway AG is a Swiss IT Staffing consultancy. Our global banking client near Zurich is now looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a background with CRM and collateral management.
You will join our international team in Zurich for a 2 phase project. We are particularly interested to hear from local candidates or keen to relocate to Zurich on the long term basis.
YOUR ROLE:
Phase 1
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements for CRM solution relating to market securitisation
-Analysis and documentation of "as is" flow
-Support in the definition of the target model and interfaces to IB
-Gap analysis of "as-is" towards target model, including coordination with UK team
-Understand risk models and relevant risk factors
-Document the business requirements for the changes to the systems
-Provide/challenge high level cost/budget process
-Define and work along roadmap
-Perform stakeholder management
-Perform status reporting
Phase 2
-Drive implementation of CRM solution
-Drive the implementation of the CRM business requirements with SMEs and IT
-Solve upcoming questions and potential change requests
-Ensure delivery along roadmap
-Perform issue management, risk management, status reporting
-Perform stakeholder management within CRM, IT, London
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Previous experience as a BA with CRM skills
-Proved experience managing projects related to collateral damage/trading know how
-In depth understanding of BIS and Banking supervisory matters
