Business Analyst
Our client, a global consulting and solution enterprise is actively looking for Business Analyst to join a new engagement with a Large Banking customer on a 3 month rolling contract based in Zurich, Switzerland.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for supporting the business in its duties through IT support and document it to provide a common understanding between the client who use the application and the IT people who built, test and maintain it now and in the future.
- Estimating dimensions and consolidating information on the requirements of the projects customers, products and product components.
- Understand business drivers and what needs to be delivered from a business point of view obtain understanding of and commitment to requirements.
For this position the successful Business Analyst will possess the following skills:
- Must have minimum experience of 8 -10 years.
- Must speak fluent English and German.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry is essential with Capital Market experience.
- University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management requirements engineering experiences within financial institutions of 8 years.
- Well understanding of financial instruments well experienced in eliciting and defining (business) processes.
- Deep knowledge of bank client static date (CIF), securities, single accounts, FX and forward contract transactions processing.
- Experience with using tools like JIRA, Polarion, Enterprise Architect 9.x background in software development processes/life cycle project management.
