Für unseren Kunden im Raum Zentralschweiz suchen wir einen Senior Business Project Manager.
Stellenbeschreibung:
Business PM who is outspoken, communicative and a business driver; someone that takes full ownership of his/her project and helps pushing the organization and the project forward and at the same time pulling the necessary business know-how. He/shall follow the internal project management guidelines, communicate effectively to stakeholders, incl. IT team and IT Project manager, highlights risks and keep project in track, on time, with quality and within budget
Anforderungen:
• Business analysis background with projects experience or IT background with strong business exposure
• Proven and solid track as a project manager
• Experienced in Agile (Scrum) methodology
. Sound know how of IT projects; ideally in the BI area
. Desirable experience in implementaing IT applications which represent global financial & business planing processes
• Able to follow internal Project Management system route and guidelines
• Able to structure and write the necessary back-up documents
• Desirable pharma industry experience: Pharma or Diagnostics
• Desirable know-how of LifeCycle Management
• Strong communication skills
. Able to navigate in complex matrix organization,
• Sensitivity and adaptability to the organizational culture
• Fluent English written and spoken
