Swisslinx is searching for a Test Automation Engineer for a long term contract in Zurich with a client of ours, a huge name in the banking sector.
Duties will involve the following:
- Analysis of a test object and creation of automated test cases
- Creation of automated tests for various products
- Maintenance of automated tests
- Adhering to various Quality Assurance Programmes and Working Instructions
- Optimizing processes to increase quality and efficiency standards
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/knowledge/experience:
- At least 2 years of experience with test automation
- At least 2 years of experience with Java development
- Experience with Java Profiling
- DB Performance Analysis experience
- A basic understanding of Shell Scripting
- A basic understanding of Linux/Unix
The following experience will be an advantage:
- Test automation framework development
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with
HP QTP & LoadRunner - Performance test setup, execution, verification and analysis
- XML
- JSON
