Role: Software Test Automation Engineer ( 100%).
Start: ASAP - June 2015 with possible extension.
Rates: CHF 614 all inclusive daily rate.
Location: Area Zug.
Main tasks and duties:
- Analysis of a test object and creation of automated test cases
- Elaboration, development and maintenance of test frameworks for integration, system or acceptance test level
- Creation and maintenance of automated tests for software products
- Train and support test analysts to create automated tests as well as to analyse and report results of automated tests
- Establish standards and guidance for architecture and development to get testable and test automation optimized test objects
- Cooperation with DevOps regarding build management and tooling
- Providing input to continually improve V&V processes, testing efficiency, and product quality
- Leading or participating in V&V improvement initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to relevant QAPs and Working Instructions
- Coaching team members in product and testing topics.
- Permanently optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards
Requirements:
Qualifications and experience:
- Master or bachelor degree in IT or comparable professional experience
- Direct experience with software test automation, including knowledge of testing processes, methodologies and tools
- Experience in software development - preferably in C#
- Mobile testing (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous testing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral)
- Desire to learn and to achieve results
Experience with the following would be beneficial:
- HP Quality Center/ALM, TFS, Ranorex, SpecFlow
- Performance or security testing skills
