Our global multinational client based in Lausanne area is currently looking for an IS Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis ), with possibility of extension.
In this position you will deliver support activities for the Business applications and especially for the internal ERP, you will be solving daily issues from multiple stakeholders and provide them with professional support.
The role:
*Solve the 1st level issues and analyse if the issues need to be sent to 2nd level support of the ERP application
*Set up the application, manage user life cycle and access rights
*Coordinate the CH MAT (Market Acceptance Tests)
*Develop and support the interfaces/exchanges of data with the CH partners
*Provide support and setup for all the Business applications of the CH Market
Your profile:
*2 years' experience in ERP support of customer service
*ITIL certification
*Background in accounting and supply chain domains is an advantage
*Good knowledge of XML, FTP standards
*Analytical mindset and strong communication capabilities
*B2/C1 Level in French and German, English is a plus
