Swisslinx is urgently seeking an experience Business Support Analyst with Treasury business experience to work for one of our clients based in Basel, Switzerland.
The idea candidate will be able to support the interface between the treasury business and the operations of the treasury IT solutions. You will also help to efficiently resolve incidents and disturbances in daily operation by ensuring ownership of the issue and facilitating the communication between users and the IT service providers.
Your main tasks will involve supporting the needs coming in from treasury as well as register, analyse and prioritizes, assigns and or solve all in coming bases during the agreed upon timeframe. You will also liaise between the treasury user community and service providers (internal and external).
In order to be considered for this role you should have treasury business experience, experience in operational treasury role as well as first line advice and support to treasury end users with operational knowledge.
The working language is English, at least 1 other European language would be a plus.
Contract to start ASAP for a 6 month contract.
These roles are open to Swiss, Swiss permit holders and EU nationals living and working within Switzerland.
