For one of our clients, major bank in Central Switzerland, we are looking for Senior engineer/BA.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements with workshops, interviews, discussions etc.
- Document requirements with features list, diagrams, business rules, prototypes etc.
- Create solution proposals and estimations together with the software engineers
- Manages changes to requirements and ensures traceability
- Perform pre testing to ensure application stability and maturity for integration testing
- Analyze defects from testing cycles and track bug fixing.
- Support production issues with problem analysis and professional incident communication
- Understand the technical setup of the applications
- Analyze business problems in the DB with SQL queries
Must Skills:
- Experience in business analysis and IT requirements engineering with good knowledge of processes and documentations
- Solid understanding of UML, XML, Web-Services, data modelling, SQL, MQ/JMS
- Experience in Web UI/Java applications development projects (as an engineer or analyst)
- Good PowerPoint, excel, word and presentations skills
- Experience with agile methodologies (scrum/iterative, JIRA, stories)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Effective and solution oriented
- Team playermain function of a developer is to develop, create, and modify general computer applications utilizing Java and J2EE. A typical developer is responsible for designing applications or customizing applications for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
- Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.
- Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
