We are looking for Billing Specialists.
The top skill sets for this requisition are provided below for you to be successful in the interview process:
- Required Skills
- Billing experience and/or finance background
- Customer Service experience a must
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Problem Solving
- Basic understanding of systems and multiple software
- Location: Boston, MA
- 6 month contract positions
- During Open Enrollment: Call center hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required each month, as well as additional training nights and weekends (based on Business needs). Full-time shifts will fall between those hours.
