SAP Authorization Consultant required for 20 days in Singapore starting ASAP.
Client is currently in the Discovery phase and requires one Roles and Authorizations Architect to help with the Role and Authorization design.
Responsibilities for this role will be:
- Define Role and Authorization strategy, including but not limited to:
1. Role, authorization, and user naming convention,
2. Design on how role should be classified and built (by function and/or by organization, single or composite, etc.
3. Design and classify users (internal, external, and system users) under user group
4. Overall process for Roles, Authorization, and User creation.
5. Authorization testing strategy, etc.
- Define the templates for Role to Transaction mapping, Role to Job Mapping, Job to User mapping, etc.
- Work together with Change Manager (from client) and Basis team (from client) to develop detailed planning on Roles, Authorization, and User build, test, and distribution.
- Deliver workshops with the project team, Change Management team (from client), and business users on the Role, Authorization, and User build and test process.
- Transfer the build and test knowledge to the Role and Authorization Coordinator (a resource for project team who will coordinate the detailed design, build, and test for the roles, authorization, and user).
Applications to be designed for the roles and authorizations include: ECC (FS-PM, FS-CD, FS-CM, FS-ICM, FS-RI, FI-GL), FS-PRO, BW, BO, CRM, and Portal.
In addition, SAP LT will also be used as well, however required design works will be minimum.
The person should have the following skills/requirements:
1. Mandatory:
a. Experience in designing roles and authorization in Insurance industry.
b. Self-driven in delivering the job with minimum supervision.
2. Preferred:
a. Knowledge of authorization structures in all of the applications mentioned above (or at least most of them).
