For a project with our client in Zurich we are looking for a System Engineer (m/f)
Main responsibilities:
-Firewall, Proxy and IDS/IPS security policy implementation, configuration, audit and compliance
-Firewall, Proxy and IDS/IPS-related incident handling; -Install and upgrade of security devices
-Disaster and Recovery of security devices
-Participation in change, capacity, problem and life cycle managements
-Execution of necessary actions to address security events/incidents
-High and intensive Customer interaction
Skills:
-Positive attitude
-Active, proactive and innovative personalities
-Good understanding of networking design principles and protocols (eg TCP/IP, IPv4 and preferably IPv6)
-Good understanding of OSI Layer 2, Layer 3 and Layer 4-7 networking concepts
-Experience with one or more security technologies include different Firewall platforms (Check Point, Juniper, Sidewinder and Palo Alto), BlueCoat proxies and Palo Alto IDS/IPS is essential
-Strong experience in troubleshooting
-Shell Scripting know-how and experience on Linux is a significant plus
