ABAP CRM (SAP ECC + CRM) Coordinator - Switzerland.
On behalf of our customer located in French-speaking Switzerland, we are currently looking for an English speaking SAP ABAP CRM Coordinator to join a multinational SAP programme.
As a technical coordinator, you will be sitting between the technical stakeholders involved in the activities related to SAP developments in the delivery services & after sale service areas.
You will be liaising with Solution Architects and functional owners to understand the requirements and prepare the technical design.
Once the technical design is completed, you will liaise with the developers (offshore) and ensure developments are performed to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities :
- Get directions from the solution architect and liaise with him (her) in order to perform detailed technical design for SAP developments
- Support the elaboration of functional specifications by providing answers to technical questions raised by Functional Owners
- Review and validate functional specifications provided by the Functional Owners
- Is responsible to deliver the technical specifications providing detailed instructions for developers to code
- Provide development workload estimates based on the complexity and nature of developments to be performed
- Understand and adopt coding standards and best practices; ensures these best practices are applied by developers
- Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to developers
- When findings are discovered during the code QA review, ensures to liaise with developers and close these findings
- Perform a sanity testing when receiving a development before transmitting for Functional Unit testing
- Could exceptionally perform development as needed
This is a long term contract opportunity that can start at the very latest on October 1st (the pilot is going live at the beginning of October, and the solution will then be rolled out to multiple countries). 3 to 6 months renewable. Contract with long term visibility.
A willingness to work 5 days a week in Switzerland is a pre-requisite. A good level of business English is required, and any additional languages like French, Spanish or German would be very beneficial.
