Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
IM Business support
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow-up and support for the Crucell PC park, different types of technologies or network environments;
- Daily 1st line incident and troubleshooting;
- Installation and configuration of network environments, voice and peripherals on request;
- Maintaining customer service and availability;
- Telephony (Fixed phone, Cell phone, Blackberry's)
- Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems
- Deliver support on the following categories
- General networking issues, VPN, Switches, (Multi function) Printers
- Software installation (Windows 7/XP, MS Office, Outlook)
- Desktop and laptop installation
- User management for infrastructure
Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred; Language proficiencies:
- English spoken and written;
