Scope of Work:
Role Description:
The Java Application Plarform (JAP) Consultant is supporting JAP customers in technical tasks and questions regarding the Java Application Platform for the following use cases :
– Consulting new applications landing on JAP
– Consulting migrations to another JAP Versions
– Consulting business releases
Key Deliverables:
– Representing the Java Application Platform (services) to the customer
– Supporting projects from kickoff till launch in production
– Guiding projects in technical questions and issues regarding the platform
– Coordination of all partners for configuration purposes
– Supporting projects (developer & PL’s) during usage of the JAP ToolChain
– Ensuring quality and compliance to standards
– Single point of contact for questions in platform & development, configuration- and incident-management

Technical or Other Skills:
Technical skills
n General IT knowledge and background in development & infrastructure
n Experience in distributed systems
n Experience in Unix, Linux, Webservices and Oracle databases
n Experience in configuration of enterprise components
n Experience in Java EE development
n Experience in Web Logic Application Sever (WLS)
n Experience in Java Application Platform (JAP) of Credit Suisse
n Consulting experience in complex IT infrastructure
n Fluent written and spoken in German and Enlgish
