On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Avaloq Portfolio Management (m/f) for a contracting project assignment in Ticino

Your Duties:
- Analyse and document clients' business requirements and processes
- Build conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates
- Parameterize functionalities to execute and implement business solutions (hands-on on software, predominantly Avaloq)
- Actively manage client relationship by communicating regularly and provide business process and re-engineering support to the client
- Participate in work groups to explore business process improvement and re-engineer opportunities
- Understand user issues and translate them into requirements for the technology group, and conversely, translate technology issues into a format that is understandable to non-technical people
- Assist in performance and integration tests of the business applications to ensure user requirements have been incorporated and client expectations are met
- Contribute to the production of conceptual business model view documentation and assist in the definition of meaningful data entity definitions
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record as Business Analyst in Wealth Management and Investment Banking
- Good Avaloq parameterisation skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast moving international environment and interact with both functional and technical staff
- Client service and goal-orientation
- Team player
- Very good command of the English language
