German speaking Business Analyst (HR IT system) is required to join a prominent organization based in Zurich. The role offers an attractive salary depending on the experience.

- Experience in delivering HR IT system projects, not just from a technical perspective, but also from a business process perspective as well
About the role:
- German speaking is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge and practical application of business, functional and technical expertise
- Logical, methodical and pragmatic/practical where needs to be
- Experience of working in a formal project delivery mode and familiar with the SDLC artefacts to be produced
- Has to be able to produce or validate business requirements, produce functional design, validate technical design, support and execute testing (defect and CR), provision of production support materials, eg training materials, support and escalation procedures etc.
- Self-starter, ie able to quickly assimilate what is being requested and can just get on with the task in hand without too much support
- Understanding of financial markets legal framework and application of that on project work being undertaken
