Description:
- The IT Asset & Configuration Management team manages the strategy and development of the processes, data, and tools that are used to support the configuration and discovery of the IT inventory.
The application is globally used and acts as the foundation of operational processes as well as business architecture, risk management and IT planning
Tasks
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the functionality needed by the inventory and configuration systems
- Implement the Oracle Database
- Implement DB to DB interfaces required by our clients
- Support the DB internal maintenance
- Build views and data access required for reporting and KPI management
- Integration with workflow tools (i.e. SNOW)
Requirements
- At least 5+ years IT Engineering Experience
- Very good Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Know How
- Data modeling
- Database performance tuning
- Shell- and Perl Scripting preferable
- J2EE and Java Swing concepts preferable
- Experience in IT Service Management / CMDB preferable
- Higher IT Technology education (FH/ETH/UNI) preferable
Languages
- English - fluent or mother tongue
- German - fluent
