On behalf of our international client in the finance sector, Swisslinx are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT professional with solid experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on OTC for a contract position in the heart of Zurich.
Start date: as soon as possible
It's a 6 month contract.
Business Analyst - OTC (Contract, Zurich)
In this interesting role your tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Translate business requests into technical specifications;
- Analyse the business processes depending on the requests and priorities;
- Close collaboration with BA's, Developers, Testing and Support teams;
- Contribute and support Business during the test phases, managing accurate defect reports;
In order to be considered for this position, you will possess the following skills:
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of OTC Products and general Business know-how;
- Experience in OTC, Fixed Income or Equities environments;
- Knowledge of trading and Back Office systems in international banking environment;
- IT background and experience with iterative incremental software development is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in English, German is an advantage.
