Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis and specifications for CMDB
- Develop and maintain product und project documentation
- Update test cases
- Coordinate the development with IT engineers
Requirements
- Experience of at least 4 years as Technical Business Analyst
- Very good knowledge of data and processes in the area of configuration management database
- Experience with SQL for CMDB reporting
- Experience in the banking sector
- Certifications (ITIL)
Languages
- English - fluent or mother tongue
- German - is a plus
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communicator at all levels
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good Relationship Management skills
