Compliance Analyst - German Speaking
As part of daily activities, the IT department must ensure that systems operation and security remain under control through monitoring of defined control activities. We are looking for an assistant to help monitoring, tracking and managing the execution of those control activities.
Tasks
- Tracks and monitors that IT internal controls are executed according to predefined schedule.
- Escalates late executions.
- Performs formal control testing according to predefined acceptance criteria and based on 2014 SOX test planning
- Captures and retain adequate evidence of control execution and test results
- Assist in execution of various IT controls
- Assist in writing documentation and other administrative tasks for IT Risk Assurance team
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good documentation skills (English, German)
- Planning & Tracking skills
- Methodic, organized and willing to learn
- Capacity to work in a complex and changing environment is required
- Working knowledge of IT and Compliance activities is required
- Working knowledge of regulated industry requirements is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
