Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2330 for a Java Software Engineer (f/m) within an IT Security environmentProject environment
The Authentication & Crypto (A&C) stream within Security IT is responsible for Application Authentication, System Authentication, Staff Authentication, Data Protection and Secure Key Storage Services. It develops, integrates and supports a global suite of solutions providing a global service to the bank.
We are looking for a well-rounded Software Engineer that transfers technical design and specifications to a stable implementation. As a team member of the Server PKI strategic enhancements project you are team-minded and used to work self-consistent.
The sought individual should have a solid developer background, with engineering experience in IT Security and PKI technology. The role includes analysis tasks with regular communications to business analysts as well as program coding tasks.
Tasks
• Problem analysis and technical design in the area of identity management, certificate management and PKI.
• Coding and integration of a full release cycle.
• Developing and performing unit tests.
• Program documentation, training and support.
Requirements
Must have
• A solid understanding of JAVA Software Design and development, including cryptographic frameworks.
• an understanding of C.
• Solid experience of at least one scripting language (Shell Script, REXX, Python).
• A solid understanding of PKI, identity and access management, network security.
• A solid knowledge of at least one UNIX platform, including packaging.
• A solid understanding of the LDAP protocol.
Nice to have
• Windows platform, C++, RDBMS
Soft skills
• Effective communication skills via: chat, ticketing, email, video-conf, written documentation, telephone and face to face.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment where German and English are the principal language of the business.
