Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen PMO Assistant wie folgt:
Main Tasks / Duties
? Responsibilities will include various administrative tasks for streams and projects within the global project Diabetes Care “Autonomy & Speed”.
? You will be responsible for the following:
? General administrative tasks such as meeting organization, business travel coordination, travel expenses, organization of project support to a number of project members
? Maintenance of SharePoint, various lists and systems.
? Organizational planning and logistical implementation of global meetings and workshops incl. invitations, pre-read materials, logistics (hotel bookings etc), etc.
? Deputizing for other assistants..
Must-Skills
? Several years of Experience in Administrative responsibilities including Event & Travel Management (a MUST: 2 references)
? Commercial diploma or equivalent and minimum 3 years’ industry experience
? Work proactively, independently and be able to prioritize
? You enjoy the challenges of a fast paced, global environment
? Strong organizational skills and outstanding team player with dedication and passion
? Excellent knowledge in MS Office
? You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable working within virtual structures where communication happens to a large degree by mail and phone and much of it in English
? Fluent spoken and written English (working language) and German, other languages a plus
