Supply Chain Support Specialist
Location: Lausanne
Contract - full time: 8 months
Starting date: as soon as possible
Language: English and French fluent
Client: A well known company
In the IT Incident and Problem team, we are looking for a L3 Supply Chain Specialist.
To support the Supply Chain solution set, used by over 40 markets around the world, Issues are escalated to the global support team by the markets when there are technical or functional issues they are unable to solve.
You will:
- Minimize exposure to risk of Supply Chain business activities by providing timely support.
- Provide 3rd level technical and functional support on internal application of the company
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Driving root cause analysis and problem investigation.
- Ensuring adequate communication of resolution activities by updating the corporate ticketing tool.
- Ensuring adequate knowledge management of all resolution activities to ensure the greater re-use of resolution instructions based on known errors.
Profile:
- 5-10 year experience in supporting Supply Chain systems in large multinational companies
- Prior experience in application support - Warehouse Management Systems- with knowledge of key support processes.
- Very good Knowledge of SQL and Linux.
- Incident & problem management in a large organization, including incident management systems and tools.
- Some knowledge of ERP business processes in supply chain and retail.
- Excellent Communication skills - both in technical and business process terms
- Network knowledge would be a plus
