For our client, a dynamic and multinational company, located in Zürich, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious: SAP BPC Support Analyst

6 months contract (ASAP - end of September)

Main tasks:

  • Provide technical support for pre-built input schedules and reports during an imminent go live of a new application

  • Implementation of a new Site Management Report, following a new KPI framework

  • Development of an automated Inter-company elimination set-up for all forecast and budget periods

  • Implementation of a new weekly report into BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)

  • Full KPI alignment between our Continuous Improvement and Group Business Analysis reporting functions

  • Implementation of a standardized Variance Analysis tool in BPC

  • Any ad-hoc requirements such as setting up new KPIs and all related tasks (ie recalculating historical periods for new KPIs etc.)

  • Provide analysis and technical consulting skills for an existing BPC environment to the business users.

  • Document functional requirements as specified by the business and convert to technical requirements for sign off.

  • Ensure any new developments are in line with existing BPC structures and setup.

  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and delivering improvement projects to enhance existing processes and systems.

  • Assist in implementing sound procedures and policies for BPC developments which meet audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • A deep knowledge of SAP BPC V10 for NetWeaver (NW) over multiple project life cycles

  • Detailed experience of EvDRE reports and input schedules

  • An ability to understand, interpret and write complex script logic and dimension formula

  • Experience in data uploads and packages including conversions and transformations

  • Experienced in designing and maintaining BPC security to meet audit requirements

  • Experience of multiple planning and budgeting projects and management account reporting

  • Ability to understand and debug BADIs preferred, but not essential

  • Exposure to project management and resource planning methodologies

  • Exposure to SAP BW

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Spanish, German and French are an advantage

  • Professional and positive attitude, including excellent listening and communication skills

  • Work well under pressure supporting senior executives, occasionally including out of hours support

  • Work autonomously and manage projects from concept to completion

  • Ability to troubleshoot and excellent problem solving skills

  • Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people with varying IT skill levels
