My Client, a industry leading retail bank is looking for an experienced policy writer to develop a credit risk control framework to ensure best practice is driven across credit risk globally. You must have a extensive policy writing experience within a credit risk environment with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. You will also need a strong knowledge of associated credit products and a history showcasing credit risk deliverables. Excellent communication is essential, you will be expected to present and facilitate meeting with senior stakeholders, regulators and key business areas in order to align the credit risk policy. You should also have an understanding of any developments within the retail financial services. The ideal candidate will have previous cross functional working experience, building relationships with credit risk teams and heads of standards to ensure policies are passed throughout the entirety of the organisation.
