Our client is looking for a SAP OQ PQ Consultant to join their growing team. This role is based in their office in Zofingen. This is the perfect role for a candidate with leadership mentality, good managing skills and experience within the pharmaceutical industry. And who can speak or understand German.
- Activities for external SAP support:
- Testing
- Support super user to create OQ
- Support super user to create PQ
- Data Migration
- Maintain upload data for master data in Excel
- Document mapping rules for master and transactional data
- Support data verification during upload in new SAP system
- Security & Authorization
- Support informal role testing
- End-User-Training
- Prepare end user training material and SAP training data
- Conduct selected end user training sessions
- Functional scope for QM support
- Quality Management in general: Inspection Plans, Inspection Methods, Sample-Drawing Procedure,
Sampling Procedures, Master Inspection Characteristics, QM work centers, Dynamic Modification Rule, Sampling Scheme
- Stability Studies in particular: Maintenance Plans
- Equipment handling (Prüfmittel): Equipment, Equipment Task List
- Reagents (Reagenzien): Material Master, Bill of material, routings, inspection methods, inspection plans
- Reference Standards (Referenzsubstanzen): Material Master
- Certificates: Certificates Profiles
Functional scope for Logistics support (focus in Purchasing)
- Purchasing: Purchase Order, Purchasing Info Records, Quality Info-Records, Source List (Pur. Req. are handled in seperate application (no interface to SAP)
- Planning: Planned ind. requirements
- Customer Service: Customer orders with customer specific stock, Customer Materials Info Records
- Required skill set
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Language: German and English (majority of documents are in German, global ones in English)
- Nice to have: Knowledge of configurable material
Daily rate: per day
Availability: ASAP
Project duration: 3 - 4 months
