*SAP Translation Coordinator - English speaking - Switzeland*
On behalf of our customer located near Geneva, Switzerland, we are currently looking for an English speaking SAP Translation Coordinator to join an existing team.
You will be responsible for the following:
Perform and Coordinate Translation Tasks
Prioritize SAP Translation tasks
Clear up the SAP Translation backlog
Manage offshore and translation supplier
Create standard routines to execute common SAP translation tasks and train offshore team
Improve SAP Translation process
Review existing process and make is more LEAN and efficient
Reduce elapsed time to deliver SAP translation
Improve quality of SAP Translation
Review how we work with development team and external translation supplier
Contribution to projects
Support project teams and regions in conducting their SAP translation
Improve training material
Participate to project meetings
Support
Provide support on SAP Translation to the Design & Build community
Activities:
1. Perform translation tasks that have not yet been offshore
2. Coordinate translation between offshore and external translation company
3. Gradually transition to offshore all translations activities (create KT, perform KT, provide necessary support)
4. Ensure quality delivery of translation done by offshore
Improve existing SAP Translation process

Ability to create Training Material and standard procedures
Strong analytical and communication skills
Meeting facilitation skills
Experience working in a large, global organization
Knowledge
Broad general knowledge of most of the SAP modules
SAP Configuration tools
SAP Transport creation
SAP SE63 (optional) SM30, SPRO
Project Management Basic Knowledge
Language
- Fluent in English, French a plus
This would be to start in the next few weeks (no later than mid-August), and the initial contract is likely to be until the end of this year, with further visibility.
