Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Project Assistant with good experience in projects within HR related activities, Communications and Organizational Re-Structuring (Program Change).
This is a 1 year contracting role planned to start beginning of April.

Key Responsibilities
- The main accountability will be to support the Program Leader
- Support the PMO on various projects
- Administrative tasks for the PMO (travel, expenses, meeting scheduling)
- Support with drafting presentations and communications
- Reporting on PMO related topics
- Support in Change Management processes and tasks
Ideal Profile:
- Project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks (+5 years)
- Experience working with Global Virtual teams
- Experience using Google Suite (GSheet, Touchpoint, Gdrive etc.) or MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel etc.) products and tools
- Experience/Skills with drafting presentations and communications
- Structured approach and Task Management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything)
- Flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work autonomously
- High flexibility regarding working hours
- Ability to work/communicate effectively in an English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing)
- Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones in Europe, North America
- Fluency in German will be a big asset
