ROLE PURPOSE:

Support GEMINI Transformation in the role of Master Planer.
Contribute to GEMINI specific program goals and objectives.
Report to Gemini Transformation managing team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Drive the centralized Transformation Master Planning
Create Transformation Sprint CARs (and other ad-hoc Transformation CARs) in alignment with key stakeholders including Supply and Execution Towers, as well as Finance for business case and Transformation KPIs
Complete the Charter process for the CAR/Sprint approved Projects together with assigned PMs
Complete the roll in to the PMO integrated planning and weekly reporting process
Liaise with PMs/Finance on progress of the Transformation Business Case to feed in the future Master Planning cycles
Work closely with the PMO Organization and the other Transformation towers in order to share future demand and plan upcoming activities
Assist program management in targeting focus areas, decision making and meeting program milestones.
Support/contribute to control, coordination and reporting of scope, change, cost, risks, issues, tasks, KPIs and quality projects. Maintain corresponding registers. Drive resolutions/completions with the program team and vendors as required.
Support/contribute to program planning and scheduling.
Support/contribute to presentations, communications, leadership meetings and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support/contribute to improvements on control/life cycle of project documentation.
Provide recommendations to improve ways of working, as appropriate.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English - oral and written
Diploma or University Degree
At least 5 years' experience in supporting PMO in a similar role
Several years' experience in strategic/operational IT Integration/Transition/Transformation initiatives
Several years of pharmaceutical corporation experience together with a good understanding of processes/methodologies/organization etc. desired.
Team player in a challenging corporate IT environment.
Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment.
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
Ability to deal with variable workload.
Demonstrable leadership skills within a global Matrix organization.
Strong outcome-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and change management skills.
Ability to engage with global, multicultural, multifunctional teams.

Work location: Basel

Start: Asap to 30.06.15

Duration: 4 months

Permits required: EU citizen or valid work permit
