Salesforce - Project Manager - Complaint Handling - 123 Compliance App
We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager who has salesforce 123 compliance which is an app that you can buy complementary to Salesforce.com.
High Level Responsibilities:
- Act as associated project manager and support Complaint Handling project lead, including support in coordinating and tracking activities with regards to technical integration, data governance and system governance
- Support project lead in coordination and tracking of activities including status reporting, reporting and managing risks, issues and dependencies and creating project documentations
- Liaise with other A&S projects to solve open issues, follow up on cross-project activities and align timelines and manage cross-project dependencies.
- Manage functional integration between Complaint Handling and CRM projects through the entire project life cycle. Both projects run on the same instance of Salesforce
- Support set-up technical standards for aligned Salesforce system deployment between above projects
- Act as liaison between Complaint Handling and A&S Program PMO
Your profile:
- 5 years of project management experience in a major, global organization
- Broad and strong experience in system implementations, Salesforce experience is a benefit
- Solid understanding of Complaint Handling and CRM processes
- Experience and knowledge of system integration is preferred
- IT/solution architecture and business process design skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- International mindset with clear goal orientation
- Strategic mindset and able to lead change
- Profound knowledge of Salesforce solution in combination with 123 Compliance App
- Minimum Requirement: BS in Computer Science, business administration or equivalent degree and/or experience.
- Preferred: Post graduate qualifications at a Masters or PhD level
- Expert knowledge in area of Complaint Handling and CRM and preferably a broad IT experience
- Project Management certification, eg PMI, is preferred.
- ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
- Flexibility to travel for up to 20% of time including outside of home country
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours or on call arrangements to provide support
