For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Lab IT Support Technician
to manage projects relating to the day to day operations of the lab IT environment as well as to ensure compliance with our client's standards
Responsibilities will include:
- Analyse all Lab IT solutions to assess whether the configuration could be standardised. If not, document reason. If so, convert
- Work on projects to integrate new equipment into Lab IT infrastructure. Involves working with vendor, understanding our client's security policy and support model.
- Document compliancy of Lab IT software solutions providing evidence of compliance and correcting non-compliance as required
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

Solid experience in Windows and at least THREE of the following:
- Lab instrument software
- ghost like image copying
- NAS/SAN/CIFS
- Anti-virus
- Vendor remote access
- CMD file script writing
- Knowledge of Automation (script writing, monitoring)
- Knowledge of setting up comprehensive admin environment (documentation, organisation, configuration)
- Fluent in English
This is a contract position with an international client for 6 months in the first instance. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Lausanne.
Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
