Big Data Consultant (Hadoop - Cloudera)
A huge banking client of mine is currently seeking for a Big Data Consultant using Hadoop (Cloudera)
As a Big Data Hadoop, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- Work experience as a Data Engineer using Big Data technologies
- Experience with Hadoop based analytical solutions, ideally on Cloudera distribution
- Practical skills in creating data processing pipelines (Python, Spark, Scala or a similar tools)
- Good knowledge of SQL, Hive and Impala databases
- Ideally experience with Jupyter Notebook, Hue and/or other end user tools
- Tableau experience is a plus
- Splunk experience is a plus
- Agile development experience is a plus
- Very good communication skills in English; German is an advantage
