For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Junior Project Coordinator PMO - Windows 10 desktop migration project (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Support the project management team in the required administrative and organisational activities to deliver the project on the approved baseline
  • Help to gather and providing accurate, timely and fit for purpose project status reporting using established norms and reporting tools of our project portfolio
  • Support management of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the project manager, head of the PMO and other project team members and propose appropriate mitigation actions
  • Perform tracking of resource allocation against baseline and provide the appropriate transparency to the project management team
  • Perform tracking of project financials (such as accruals, quotations, purchase orders, invoices) and follow up with external vendors where required
  • Organise and support the execution of project meetings and workshop
  • Ensure quick on-boarding by facilitating the required Roche and project related administrative activities (such as access management, distribution lists, org charts etc.)
  • Support the project management in the appropriate involvement of project resources across the project
  • Support the change request management process in accordance to the project governance


Your qualifications
  • University Degree or equivalent education (Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred)
  • Experience in providing administrative support with similar tasks within an international environment with multiple work streams / stakeholders, solid project management related experience advantageous
  • Very structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything), flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
  • Pro-active personality who is fully committed to the challenge at hand
  • Very good grasp of Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
  • Experience using MS Office products and tools for project scheduling (Smartsheet is a plus)
  • Ability to work / communicate effectively in English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing), additional languages are a plus
  • Team player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
