PMO for a Cloud project (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Act as PMO for the project and service manager
- Prepare presentations for committees and meetings
- Support in on-boarding of ~10 customer companies
- Organize meetings (specifically, on-boarding meetings with customers)
- Take notes and send meeting minutes
- Track action items out of meetings
- Collect information in and outside the project, specifically in the context of the on-boarding process
Your qualifications
- Good experience in providing PMO service
- Experience in IT / technology-based projects (ideally cloud projects or digital - transformation projects)
- Ability to prepare high-quality presentation material
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a plus
- Work in autonomy and in agility, be proactive
- Fluent communication skills in German end English
