a. Windows Scripting skills, powershell and VBScript. primarily used for the automation of system/application integration, provisioning, upgrade and deployment
b. windows integration skills, experience in integrating Microsoft and third party applications into a complex/restricted environment
c. windows integration skills, experience in establishing policy/process for backup, virus exclusions, BCP/BCM/DR, Monitoring, operational documentaion and general life cycle management of complex systems/applications
d. Microsoft applications, experience in the use of, and integration with, windows server, IIS and SQL server
Nice to have:
a. ITIL knowledge in the area of incident and problem management
b. knowledge of the support and integration of the recommind application
c. banking experience
d. SDLC Knowledge
