Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
* Application Development & Support
* Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
* Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
* Issuing Scripting guidelines
* Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
* Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
* Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
* Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
* Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
* Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction
Methodology/Certification requirements:
* Master Data Management
* Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
* Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
* Language proficiencies: English spoken and written
Additional requirements:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
