Project specialist - Health Sector experience
Are you a highly qualified Project specialist with Health sector experience gained within a mutinational and muticultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity within an non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project specialist with health sector experience to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to,
- Assist the rollout of the program quality and efficiency project including- coordination with Country Teams, other teams within the Client, consultants and National Programs
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of program quality and efficiency project through documenting lessons learned, conducting assessment and providing recommendations to shape the roll-out of the project
- Review and synthesis report from consultants and implementers and follow-up on the recommendations
- Manage communication with consultants and country teams in arranging regular meetings/calls on program and data quality
- Develop contracts for consultants and write project reports
- Analyze data and prepare presentations
- Keep track record of records for the project
- Develop a database for repository of relevant documents for the project
- Assist with other team duties as requested.
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
- 3 or more years of experience in international work, including experience with health, research, and monitoring and evaluation;
- Experience working with international teams and dealing in a culturally appropriate manner with a range of stakeholders, from high level government officials to community members;
- Experience with policy development and evaluation of program quality and efficiency
- Good understanding of evaluation design and implementation;
- Good data management skills
- Excellent writing, analysis and presentation skills
- Good analytical and evaluation skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Organized and diligent
- Proven decision-making competencies and ability to work with a variety of to reach consensus in the context of a complex multiple-stakeholder environment
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word - and willingness to learn other technology platforms
- Fluent in English and a working knowledge of French
