Currently we are looking for some "Application Support Analyst Level 3" for our customer in the Pharma / Life Science branch.

This very exciting opportunity is acontracting positionplanned tostart the 1st of Juneuntil the29th of Decemberfor one of thebiggest pharmaceutical playersbased in Solothurn.

Information about the project: To support a current project in the Application Support Analysis Level 3 area, we are looking for some "Application Support Analyst Level 3". Within this job you can implement your experience and knowledge to provide professional project results. Main Tasks and requirements:
  • Application Development & Support; Primary Tasks and responsibilities
  • Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
  • Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
  • Issuing scripting guidelines
  • Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
  • Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
  • Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
  • Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
  • Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction

Non-technical requirements:
  • Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
  • Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
  • -Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines
  • English spoken and written
